
How to Book
We use a booking system to collect your information and help you book your sessions. Before going onto the booking system, please have a look at our Timetables here and select which class option you'd like to go for. If you are stuck on what level your child is, then please see this page with more information.

N.B - if booking intensives, the day option will always be Monday (or Tuesday if there's a bank holiday) but the system knows it's a Monday-Friday Intensive. This will be made clear when you receive your invoice.
The Client Hub

To get started, follow these simple steps:
Step 1 – Register and create an account in your name using this link - https://morleisure.co.uk/MyLessons/MSL_Registration.asp?oid=400
Step 2 – Check your email for an activation code and follow the instructions to activate your account.
Step 3 – Add your family members to your profile
Step 4 – If your child has a medical condition, please send us a message through the Client Hub.
Once registered on the Client Hub, there is an App available on both Apple and Android devices. Simply search "SwimSoft" in your app store to download it. The app allows easy access to your Client Hub account without needing to remember login details each time.

To get started, follow these simple steps:
Step 1 – Go to the settings on the app.
Step 2 - The link you will need is https://morleisure.co.uk/MyLessons/MSL_Li.asp?oid=400
Step 3 - Add Username
Step 4 - Add Password
Please note you will only need to do this the first time using the app.

Once your account is live, please click on 'Waitlist' and chose the type of lesson you'd like for each child. This will then request for your child to be put on this waitlist. We will then manually go through the list and allocate a space to your child if there is availability. This space will be reserved and you will be sent an invoice with a link to payment via Direct Debit or Bank Transfer.

Please note: lessons starting with WK X are for Hagbourne Primary School Intensives. Lessons starting with July/Aug are for Downe House School Intensives.

Once paid, your space is confirmed and we will send you more communications a week before your lessons are due to start.
