Payment Policy

We have our own Payment Policy as a Swim School that we ask you to adhere to. Please do read our policy below so you are aware of how we work.

How does block payment work?

We work in half term blocks (with the exception of The Oratory). So this means that your invoice will show the dates you are booking in for for the amount of weeks in that half term.

Eg. You're booking in for group classes for a 6 week half term, therefore your bill will be £18 x 6 = £108.

When do you want payment?

Payment dealines are set before the new half term starts. Please refer to your invoice for the date of the deadline. This is usually 2 weeks before the next half term starts. Please note that if you want to continue with your allocated space and you have no told us and it is past the payment deadline, we will not be able to gurantee your space is still available.

For those booking mid-term, please ignore the payment deadline set on the invoice and assume you have 1 week from the invoice date to pay.

Do you offer PAYG?

No, we are unable to offer PAYG as we have long-term pool contracts with many upfront payments. We have small group classes which means ever swimmer counts significantly towards our business/cashflow. Therefore we are not able to offer you to just pay when you'd like to attend. We will cancel sessions for those who do not pay the full amount upfront.

What happens if we don't pay in time?

We try to offer as much flexibility as possible but if we have not had any communication from you, then we will assume you are not wanting to continue with us and we will cancel your space. If you do want to continue and miss the payment deadline, there will be a £10 late-payment charge.
